Pictures with Grammy and Grandaddy (9 Months Old)

We had so much fun taking pictures with my parents last time that we decided to do the same thing with JD's parents. Here are just a few of the ones that were taken Saturday. Enjoy.

Daddy and Becca Taking a Nap

They were just way too cute not to take a picture. They were both very tired after a day of visiting with family and driving through the mountains. Not to mention this was the only way that she would go to sleep that afternoon, so he fell asleep too.

One of the Crazy Ways Rebecca Falls Asleep

I don't know how she does it. This is they way she fell asleep on Wednesday afternoon after we arrived at the cabin. I guess she was playing and just got so tired that she just fell over, I don't know but it sure was funny looking!!!

When I first went into the room all I could see was that she was holding on to her little stuffed duck, but then when I got closer I could see just what a crazy position that she was in. She sure is silly!

Her big toe was actually touching her nose, I don't know how she does it.

Rebecca's First Night in a Hotel

On Tuesday July 8th Rebecca spent the night for the first time in a Hotel just outside of Maryville, TN on our way to Gatlinburg. I didn't sleep very well so Pops got me out of the pack and play in Mommy and Daddy's room and put me in bed with him and this is the only way I would sleep. Pops enjoyed it very much even though I made his arm fall asleep.

Visit with Uncle Andy and Aunt Carolyn

After Aunt Carolyn (Memi's Sister) had partial knee replacement, I went to visit her and help make her feel better. Isn't this a cute picture of the two of us???

I'm used to seeing Buddy (he's about my size), but Lucy sure is big, but I had lots of fun playing with her. She even liked my face and barked and I wasn't scared one bit. I played with her while Mommy and Daddy went out to lunch to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary.

First Time in the Booster Seat

As you can tell from behind her I was trying to get the house cleaned up when she woke up from her nap, and the padding to the high chair was still drying so we thought we'd try out the booster seat just to see if she was now big enough to use if occasionally (like on vacation/trips/church suppers) and she did great sitting in it. She's too little to be doing stuff like this. Oh well that's life and now she's almost 9 months old, where has the time gone? We've been having lots of fun though!

Finally a Blue Dress

Daddy sure was happy to see her in a dress that was not pink or purple.

Already Playing with Mommy's Cookbooks

Well she's already found my cookbooks!!! Hopefully she will still like them in a few years...not eating them but fixing and eating what we can make with their help.
