This is How We Told Our Family!!!

When we found out that we were having another little one, we thought it would be fun to let Becca be the one to tell everyone. So we only told the grandparents and had to wait to tell everyone for almost a month when we were going to be with the extended Johnson Family. Since we were telling the Johnson's that day, Poppa sent out an email to the Anderson's and Parker's with the same message from Becca. It was so cute, everyone just looked at the shirt and said that's cute, then they started reading it and got all excited. We have found out that we are having a BOY this time!!!! Becca is excited to be a "BIG SISTER." Well at least she's excited right now, we'll see how she does in a few months when he gets here.

It's Been a While

Well we have been busy since the last time I posted anything. We found out that Becca is going to be a Big Sister, We spent Thanksgiving with Mimi and Poppa, Had our family Christmas, Spent Christmas with Grammy and Grandaddy, Spent time with most of the Johnson family, Worked on Potty Training, Enjoyed some time playing in the snow, and had a couple of Easter Egg Hunts just to name a few things that have been going on with us.

Two Year Pictures

I took Becca yesterday to get some 2 year old pictures, fall pictures, and Christmas pictures too. The next several are the real reason that I got them done yesterday. I wanted to surprise JD for his birthday yesterday with pictures of Becca sitting on a bike. Here are a bunch of pictures, I just couldn't chose just a few to post...so enjoy!!!

Second Birthday

For the weekend of Becca's birthday this year we went to Jackson to visit Grammy and Grandaddy. It was also my high school class reunion, the homecoming game, and a family wedding as well as her birthday. Needless to say we had a very busy weekend but it sure was fun. We got to see lots of old friends at the game, and we won too. Then on Saturday afternoon we drove to Christiana, TN where our cousin Aubry and Thomas were married. It was a beautiful wedding and had a great time seeing family. Then on Sunday we were met by Mimi and Pappa as well as Brandon at church at Madison County. Afterwords we went out to eat with lots of family and friends and then back to Grammy and Grandaddy's for cake, ice cream, and presents. It was a great afternoon. Then that night we went to North Jackson where I grew up with Mimi and Pappa to see lots of old friends there too. We were supposed to have a play date/cookie baking party at home that next Friday, but I ended up getting the Swine flu, then a Sinus Infection and Pink Eye...needless to say we had to postpone that party until a later date. It was a long but fun day!! I can't believe that my little girl is growing up so fast!!! She sure is a wonderful blessing given to us from God!
Happy Birthday to You!!!

Playing with her new car, a Cozy Coupe given to her by her Grammy and Grandaddy. She has so much fun with it. As one of our friends pointed out the license plate could stand for Cozy or Crazy Coupe (CZY COUP). Luckally either one fits just right.

Just to cute not to take a picture!!!
